This cinnamon hot chocolate is the perfect treat for late night chocolate cravings. Hot chocolate is my go-to drink when I have a sweet tooth but don’t want a full dessert. This sweet drink is made with raw cacao, milk of your choice, and a few naturally sweet ingredients for the perfect drink.

Adding a pinch of cinnamon to hot chocolate really elevates the flavor! It’s a creamy, delicious, and totally tasty treat.

This creamy hot chocolate with cinnamon recipe is a fantastic pantry-staple drink! It uses almost all ingredients you would have in your dry pantry or cupboards – most of which you probably have on hand. Keeping a well-stocked pantry makes it easy to come up with delicious and tasty meals using a few staples you can rotate.

How Do I Make This Creamy Hot Chocolate with Cinnamon?

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan, and heat on medium. Whisk the mixture for about 5 minutes until all the ingredients are incorporated, and the hot chocolate is just coming to a simmer (not boiling).
  2. Remove from heat and serve with whipped cream, coconut cream, marshmallows, or an extra pinch of cinnamon.
