Cheese spread - I used a pub cheese spread, you can find these in grocery stores in the cheese section. I especially like the pub cheese you can find atTrader Joemarkets.

Almond flour

Part-skimmozzarella cheese

Garlic powder

Large eggs

🔪How to make Keto Pastry Wrapped co*cktail Franks

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line abaking sheetwith parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Remove franks from package and cut a slit partway down the center of the co*cktail frank. Place about 1 teaspoon cheese spread in center of co*cktail frank. Repeat with all franks. Set aside.
  3. In a large microwavesafe bowl, heatmozzarella cheeseandcream cheesefor 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and stir the cheese mixture. Return cheese mixture to the microwave and cook it for about 30-45 seconds longer. Remove from microwave and stir until cheese is combined.
  4. In asmall bowlcombine almond flour,onion powder, andgarlic powder.
  5. Add the eggs, the almond flour mixture and salt to the melted cheeses. Stir the dough mixture well until all ingredients are well combined and looks like a well formed pliable dough ball.
  6. Cut the roll ofketo doughin half and roll ½ of the dough out onto a board floured lightly with almond flour. Cut dough into ½ inch thick strips. If dough sticks to the board, roll the dough strip with your hands and it will come back together. Wrap dough around each frank and place onbaking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes inpreheated ovenor until dough isgolden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to serving platter. Makes 42 co*cktail franks.
