Guild Wars 2 has hundreds of items to acquire, materials to gather, and equipment to collect. If you ever decide to craft legendary weapons, trinkets, or armor, you’ll find that you need hundreds of mystical pieces.
Mystic Coins are used for many high-level crafting recipes, especially Mystic Clovers and Legendary gear. These expensive items can be a pain to acquire, so let’s take a look at all the ways to get Mystic Coins and the most effective methods to do so.
Daily Login Mystical Coins
The most consistent way to get Mystic Coins with the least amount of effort required is to log into the game every day. On the first day of every week you log in, you’ll earn a Bag of Mystical Coins, containing two, four, six or eight pieces, depending on your progress through the login cycle. In total you can earn 20 Mystical Coins every 28 days by simply logging in.
Daily Mystical Forger
Sometimes daily success Daily Mystical Forger will appear. This daily achievement requires you to combine items in the Mystical Forge and will reward you with a mystical room. Keep an eye on the current dailies for a chance to get an extra coin.
Earn Mystical Coins
Besides logging in, there are several ways to actively earn Mystic Coins, although these are usually limited. unique rewards where are limited in time. Below are the best ways to actively earn Mystic Coins.
Dragon Seasons Achievements
the Back to the achievements of the living world which were added before the launch of End of Dragons are a great way to get Mystic Coins. Each Achievement Return Rewards three coins for completing level two of achievement. Moreover, the level 4 for each achievement rewards you with weapons cachewho can be open for six Mystic Coins. However, the weapon skins contained in these chests are usually worth more than the coins.
In total, completing all 22 Return To Achievements and choosing the Mystic Coin option from the Weapon Cache will reward you with 198 mystical pieces. You can find these achievements in the Seasons of Dragons tab of Current Events Achievements.
Fractals
Fill the Daily Fractals is another great way to earn Mystic Coins. There is a chance to get Mystic Coins from Adept, Expert and Fractal Master chestsearned by completing the recommended daily fractal levels. Not only will you earn tons of gold and other useful materials, but you will also have a chance to win Mystical Coins.
Daily Ley Line Anomaly
the Telluric anomaly is a boss of the world which spawns in Gendarran Fields, Iron Steps, and Timberline Falls every two hours. Defeating this boss will reward you with a Mystical Coin once per daymaking it a consistent way to get a Mystical Coin each day.
Mystical Clover Crafting
During the creation mystical clovers in the mystical forge, you will have a chance to collect Mystic Coins. When crafting one mystical clover at a time there is a chance to get five mystical coinswhile crafting recipe ten clovers at a time can bring fifty mystic coins.
Although it may seem like a lot of Mystic Coins, this method is unreliable and can lead you to end up with fewer pieces than when you startedso we don’t recommend trying to get more Mystic Coins by crafting Clovers.
player versus player
Competing in Automated daily and monthly tournaments will reward you with one to five pieces or one to one hundred pieces, respectively. The number of coins you get depends on your placement in the tournamentso place yourself as high as possible to get the best return on Mystic Coins.
Daily automated tournaments take place every three hoursand monthly automated tournaments take place on fourth Saturday of each month. You will only be able to participate in the monthly tournament if you have acquired 100 qualifying points previous tournaments throughout the month.
Buy Mystical Coins
When you’ve earned all the Mystic Coins you can for the day and need more than you currently have, you can still buy them from other players. Mystic Coins are one of the most traded items on the counter, and there will always be some to buy.
Earn gold from more profitable sources like meta events and buying mystic coins at the counter is the fastest way to collect these items.
Shard Collector
You can also buy Mystic Coins on the Shard Collectors using Prophet’s Green Shards earned from Strike Missions. You can buy a total of ten mystical pieces from this supplier every weekso take advantage of this option if you often complete strike missions.
